I am the sole member of iRISCC cc with a unique skill set which includes a strong financial background, internal controls and IT systems knowledge to serve the Namibian market.

My experience include:

• Manager / Associate Director / Partner at CRVW Accountants and Auditors;

• Financial Manager of projects at Model Pick 'n Pay - overseeing the roll-out
of SAP to all Namibian stores in 2008;

• Various overseas assignments for Deloitte Offshore Assignments (US,
Canada and the UK);

• Three years with Deloitte Namibia.

Audit experience (External, Internal and IT)

I was involved with the financial audits in the banking, construction and wholesale retail industries.

Served internal audit clients in a variety industries as well as IT audits.

IT education and experience

I passed the ISACA's Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) examinations in 2011 and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) examinations in 2005 .

• Project Manager at Pick 'n Pay responsible for the roll-out of SAP to
Namibian stores in 2008;

• Project Manager for the implementation of a time and attendance system
and subsequent shift changes at a mining company during 2010;

Other

• Financial due diligences;

• Design and implementation of various system and control processes for
a hospitality industry client.

Training experience

Facilitated Excel training sessions for CRVW in 2010-2013 and started with public sessions in 2014. Recently started developing e-learning content using Adobe Captivate and Presenter.
